When is flu season?
Studies have shown that influenza peak activity ranges from December through April. Generally, the CDC recommends that high-risk people be immunized first, starting in October and November with others following November through December.

Serious problems from influenza vaccine are rare; however, as with any medicine, serious problems, such as severe allergic reactions, may occur.
